Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Revive_MD Middle East.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the original order of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The product is in its original packaging, The product isn't used or damaged and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Revive_MD Middle East have the right to refuse the Products that do not meet the return criteria will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during delivery, both to and from Revive_MD Middle East HQ.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Damaged items:   If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance on info@revivesups.ae

Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular price items can be refunded or exchanged.

Cancellation of purchased goods:  A customer that has purchased a product (s) from revivesups.ae (Revive_MD Middle East) has the right to cancel their transaction within 24 hours of the payment process. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
